As you know, the Executive of the Barrhaven Tennis Club (BTC) is comprised entirely of unpaid adult volunteers. The club is currently looking to add to its existing group.
By joining the Executive, you are a voting member of the Executive team, supporting the team with the day-to-day operations of the Barrhaven tennis club. You will also be eligible for a free membership during your tenure.
Essential qualifications:
- You enjoy working with other people.
- You want to help in making the Barrhaven Tennis Club a better tennis organization.
The Executive is looking to fill the following functions:
- Registrar (working with our fully automated membership registration system)
- Secretarial support
- Administer the BTC website
- Organize club events such as round robins, theme nights
- Support the executive team with the management of the online reservation system
