We are planning to open the club this year, on Saturday, May 3rd (assuming all this snow is gone by then!)
We are increasing our guest fees this year to $7 for adults, and $4 for juniors.
Non-refundable guest fees will be charged to all players who have not yet paid their membership fees as of May 3rd.
A registration day will be held at the club on Saturday, April 26th, from 10am – 4pm. Registration forms will be available on that day, along with staff to answer any questions you might have.
Registration forms are also available to be downloaded off our website – www.barrhaventennisclub.com -. You may bring these, along with your cheques, to the club on April 26th, or any time the club is open, starting May 3rd. You may also mail them to our membership coordinator, Diane Foss. Her address is on the form.
Shoe tags will be issued to each member upon registration at the clubhouse. If you mail in your registration, you will have to pick up your shoe tags the first time you come to the club.
The new gate codes will be given only to paid members, so if you wish to access the courts before opening day, please send your registration form and cheque to Diane so that she can give you the codes. (613-825-1931) dgagnefoss@hotmail.com
House League will commence on Thursday, May 29th. The cut-off date for sign-up is Friday, May 23rd, so be sure to check the bulletin board and sign up if you wish to play. House league is for intermediate and above, experienced, primarily doubles players. (One court is set aside for men’s singles.)
