Like last year, we expect a very active membership. To ensure everyone has a chance to play, we will not permit back-to-back court bookings. In other words, neither you nor your partner will be allowed to book two consecutive hours. (Please note that there is a mandatory field for the person booking the court to include the names of the other player (s) playing.)  

Of course, you will be allowed to continue playing on the court you booked if there is no one after you. If there is someone after you, you can move to an adjacent court if it is available. Otherwise, your time is up.  You are allowed to book two hours during the same day – so long as they are not back-to-back.

In addition, guests will only be allowed on the courts when the Club house is opened. (see information booklet for hours of operation of the Club House and guest fees).

Our staff will monitor court bookings daily to make certain the rules are followed. If a member reserves two consecutive hours, we will cancel the second hour of your double booking and allow someone else to take the court. The Club will notify you of the cancellation. Our staff will also ensure that the rules on guests are followed.

Please make sure to cancel your booking if you are unable to play.
